Cyclists in London is a growing community, despite figures show that only 2% of journeys are made by bike. However, if anyone out of town takes a look at the streets in the rush hour can be astonished of how many bikes are behind the lines at the traffic lights and it’s difficult to believe in just a 2% for zone 1-2 and East. As being cyclists ourselves we can say that when you switch from public transport to bike, you will never go back. Cycling is the best way for discovering London and unreachable places as you can see in our blog section “One Shot One Ride”. The list of benefits is long and different from everyone but one thing maybe is true for all: for a Londoner become a way of life. Spin London showcased exactly this, “the progressive, forward thinking international brands & smaller independent makers in Fixed gear, Single Speed, custom & BMX bikes. Alongside this hardware are emerging cycle fashion brands, apparel & accessory retailers and creative talent from this exciting urban cycling subculture.”
